Position

PrixCar is recruiting talented professionals to strengthen our Account Management and Customer Support teams. We're looking for people who thrive on collaboration, build robust customer relationships, and bring a quality-first mindset to everything they do. Together with the wider Account Management team, these positions play a key role in supporting seamless operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and helping ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently across the network.

What you will do - Act as the primary national contact for day-to-day operational matters

- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Support National Account Managers and branches to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations
- Analyse customer performance data and ensure compliance with contractual parameters
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Provide timely, accurate reporting to internal stakeholders and clients
- Coordinate the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements What you will bring - Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within OEM, dealership,



or fleet management environments
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret insights and emerging trends
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to learn quickly
- Strong organization and time management skills; able to multitask effectively
- Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
