At My Way Up, we’re redefining gut health - empowering people to feel incredible from the inside out through science-backed supplements and microbiome testing. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a naturopath or nutritionist student or graduate with a passion for gut health to join our customer support team and be the expert voice of our brand.

What You'll Do

- Provide exceptional support to our customers via email and live chat for general enquiries, order assistance, product questions, and account support
- Conduct microbiome testing consultations to help customers understand their results and create personalized supplement plans (training provided)

What we are looking for

- Must be based at the Gold Coast, QLD
- You're passionate about gut health, microbiome science, and have a background in naturopathy, or nutrition.




- Some knowledge & experience in vitamins, minerals, herbs, protein
- Very friendly and can build rapport with the customers
- Experience with customer service platforms like Gorgias and Shopify is advantageous
