Role Description This part time remote Network Administrator role at Sen Retail is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and supporting the organization’s network and systems infrastructure.

The Network

Administrator will configure and manage network devices, ensure stable connectivity for distributed teams, and perform routine health checks on servers and network components. This role includes responding to technical incidents, diagnosing network and system issues, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.

The Network

Administrator will collaborate with other IT team members to maintain secure access, apply updates and patches, and document configurations, procedures, and changes. The role also involves proactively improving network performance, assisting with technology upgrades, and supporting users with remote technical assistance.

Qualifications

- Candidate should possess strong skills in Network Administration for managing routers, switches, firewalls,



and VPNs.
- Candidate should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues for remote users.
- Candidate should possess System Administration skills for managing servers, operating systems, and related infrastructure components.
- Candidate should possess Network Security skills to implement security controls, monitor for threats, and support compliance with security best practices.
- Relevant experience in retail or distributed, multi-site environments is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity are required.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Cisco/other vendor certifications are an advantage.
