Service Front Desk - Mechanical Workshop

Full-Time Position | Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

A locally owned, family-operated mechanical workshop is looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Front Counter / Administration Officer to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy workshop.

Front Counter Mechanical Workshop

Full-Time Position | Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

A locally owned, family-operated mechanical workshop is looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Front Counter / Administration Officer to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy workshop.

Duties will include:

- Answering and directing phone enquiries

- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service

- Scheduling bookings and managing the workshop diary

- Preparing quotes and invoices

- Managing workshop workloads and job allocations





- Liaising with customers regarding vehicle repairs and progress

- General administration duties

- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

The successful applicant will have:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organisational and time management abilities

- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Good computer skills and attention to detail

- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

- Previous administration or reception experience (automotive industry experience is an advantage but not essential)
