About the role
We are looking for anexperiencedProcurement Business Partner to join our team on a Permanent Full Time basis, to support thedeliverof procurementand contract management activities across RWWA. In this role, you will work closely with business units to deliver value for money outcomes, ensurecomplianceand contribute to the successful delivery of procurement initiatives
As the Procurement BusinessPartner,you will:
Provide excellent customer service to key business units.
Assistbusiness units with scoping activities to drive specified outcomes for the business.
Develop Requests for Quote (RFQ), Tender and Expression of Interest programs.
Conduct market research tolocate,evaluateand engage suitable suppliers and contractors.
Deliver Procurement and Contract Management activitiesin accordance withrelevant policies and frameworks.
Provide advice and training to business units on procurementsystems,processesand best practice
About you
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Procurement, ContractManagementor relevant areas (desirable).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Understanding of procurement processes,policiesand systems
Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite and Contract Management Systems.
Ability to prioritise, multitask and manage time efficiently.
Experience in Legal,Governanceor ICT field (desirable)
