BlueCare Labrador is seeking a Maintenance and Grounds Officer to autonomously manage grounds, garden care, plant and equipment maintenance, and minor property tasks at our Labrador aged care facility, with support from regional teams.

You will contribute to a safe, pleasant setting for residents, staff and visitors, balancing schedules, driving responsibilities, and meeting deadlines while complying with safety and compliance standards.
