We are currently seeking a poised and personable Private Butler to join our team; someone who thrives in creating highly tailored experiences and building genuine connections with our most discerning and high-profile guests. Your role is key in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.

Responsibilities

- Ensure the delivery of the Park Hyatt promise and provide a professional and courteous service to hotel guests at all times.
- Demonstrate working knowledge across multiple departments, including concierge, housekeeping, and in-room dining, with flexibility to support as required.
- Coordinate bespoke services, experiences, and amenities with grace, discretion, and efficiency.
- Act as the single point of contact for VIP and high-profile guests throughout their stay.
- Oversee room inspections, personalise setups,



and ensure preferences are honored.
- Offer service that is both intuitive and anticipatory, adapting to the guest’s needs before they are expressed.
- Be proficient in the working and knowledge of housekeeping, concierge, and in-room dining roles and be adaptable to fulfill the specifications of these positions when required or delegated by management.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in luxury hospitality or butler service is preferred.
- Exceptional organization and time management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Sydney’s premium restaurants, bars, attractions, etc.
- A current NSW RSA Certification.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS is favorable.
