Ideagen is looking for a Practice Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and commercial enablement of our growing portfolio across the APAC region. This role combines domain expertise, commercial thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to help drive revenue growth and customer success.

As the Practice Manager, you will develop market strategies, create sales and solution enablement content, support strategic opportunities, and act as a subject matter expert for both internal teams and customers. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure consistent market positioning and effective execution.

Responsibilities

- Own and develop go-to-market strategies for the portfolio
- Support the launch of new products into the APAC market
- Create and maintain solution plays, ROI frameworks, discovery guides, and competitive positioning materials
- Coordinate cross-functional activities through the segment pod structure, ensuring alignment and accountability
- Deliver enablement sessions to help commercial teams articulate value and address customer needs
- Develop customer case studies, proof points, and success stories
- Support strategic sales opportunities and customer engagements as a domain specialist
- Contribute to pipeline growth, sales effectiveness, and revenue outcomes





Skills and Experience

- Experience in Practice Management, Presales, Solution Consulting, or a similar enterprise SaaS role
- Understanding of regulated industries and complex B2B buying environments
- Experience creating commercial content such as playbooks, ROI models, or sales enablement materials
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services teams
- Commercially focused, proactive, and able to build structure and processes in a developing environment
