The Opportunity
As our Logistics Administrator, you’ll be a key support to the Logistics team, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager. You’ll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly—supporting compliance, coordinating logistics, and helping ensure both our customers and drivers are set up for success.
This is a full time, strictly residential position based in Kalgoorlie.
Working hours are 10-hour days, Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will be varied and fast-paced, encompassing:
Compliance & Inductions:Leading the coordination of driver site inductions and ensuring all access requirements for various terminals are met and up to date.
Travel & Personnel Logistics:Arranging travel and accommodation for our team to ensure operational continuity.
Documentation Management:Processing, distributing, and filing driver documentation with high accuracy, including the management of tanker tag requests. We make it easy by prioritising digital systems over paper.
Regulatory Support:Managing the renewal process for Shire permits and ensuring our fleet stays on the road and compliant with local regulations.
Payroll Assistance:Reviewing driver timesheets, identifying discrepancies, and working closely with payroll/management to resolve them.
Operational Collaboration:Acting as a bridge between departments, supplying vital information as required to support the broader DM3 mission.
