The role acts as the central coordination point between operations, Client, subcontractor/s, and internal stakeholders to improve visibility, prioritisation, and delivery assurance of control system works to ensure improved subcontractor accountability, stronger governance of variations and claims, reduced operational risk, improved compliance assurance, increased visibility of work status and priorities, and improved alignment between operational requirements and subcontractor delivery. The role also supports other delivery management of specialist sub-contractors.Nature of position: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: Brisbane, QLDReporting Line: Operations ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesReview and coordinate control systems work requests.Provide Work Order scheduling and dispatch including Work Order closure and assurance activities.Managing internal field resources including works prioritization, timesheet accuracy and associated reporting.Ensure appropriate management and governance of ancillary support servicesProvide operational coordination between client, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Work directly with Finance leads to ensure month end reporting accuracy.Plan, establish, implement, and monitor the Cost improvement plans across portfolio.Assist with the preparation of management reporting including; budget,
