EVE Energy is rapidly expanding our Australian utility & C&I; energy storage footprint.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced LTSA Director to take full ownership of Australia’s local long-term service agreement business, lead the entire O&M; team and build a standardized local service ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Pre-sales Technical Assessment and Solution Support

- Conduct pre-sales technical research and assessment for target projects, inspect customers’ on-site environment, equipment operating conditions and local grid connection conditions; systematically analyze project risks and adaptability, deliver professional pre-sales assessment reports to support R&D; and customized solution design.
- Sort out full customer O&M; demands, verify feasibility, implementability and compliance of LTSA long-term service solutions based on real project scenarios, ensure solutions fully match customer and project requirements.

Full Lifecycle Management of LTSA Products

- Develop customized LTSA long-term service agreements based on customer tiers, project scales and differentiated needs; cooperate with sales teams on bidding and business alignment to drive key customer expansion and contract signing.
- Track full-cycle milestones of LTSA agreements, coordinate internal and client teams to complete document review, lead core commercial negotiations to accelerate agreement signing and implementation.
- Own Australian local energy storage service brand building, continuously optimize LTSA service system and service quality, lower overall BESS failure rate, improve customer satisfaction,



repurchase rate and long-term cooperation loyalty.

Spare Parts Control and Cost Management

- Overall plan Australia local BESS spare parts inventory system, scientifically optimize spare parts reserve structure and quantity, shorten maintenance supply chain logistics cycle and lift in office fault response & disposal efficiency.
- Build comprehensive scientific service pricing systems and strategies aligned with project scenarios, O&M; demands and local market; lead quotation review and negotiations with third-party service vendors to cut O&M; costs and realize cost reduction & efficiency improvement.
- Manage end-to-end spare parts full lifecycle: cross-border customs clearance, inventory administration, waste spare parts recycling and compliant scrapping to guarantee efficient and compliant spare parts circulation.

Local Team management and Operation System Construction

- Take full ownership of Australian local O&M; system construction and execution, oversee team setup, staffing, daily operation management, performance appraisal, skill training and talent pipeline development to build a professional, standardized local O&M; team.




- Lead compilation of local energy storage O&M; service standards, operation specifications and complete training materials to unify all local service execution criteria.
- Build and upgrade local O&M; partner network, complete qualification audit, warehouse management and regular service quality evaluation for third-party vendors; enforce rectification, penalties and elimination for unqualified partners to standardize local service ecosystem.

Regional Operation Control and Compliance & Safety Management

- Strictly implement headquarters safety production and O&M; management standards, fully mitigate regional project safety risks to achieve zero major safety incidents.
- Establish complete regional safety management plans, emergency response plans and risk prevention & control systems complying with Australian local regulations and project reality; coordinate emergency handling for sudden safety incidents.
- Supervise daily O&M; of all storage power stations within territory, unify operation standards and procedures, strictly control labor and operational compliance to ensure standardized, safe and stable regional O&M; delivery.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years BESS O&M; management experience, including at least 3 years Australia local after-sales service and formal team management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation or related disciplines.
- Proficient English for daily business work; Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred.
