AboutourRole

Join the Barminco team as a GraderOperator and play a key role in our underground miningoperations withopportunities available at multiple sites throughout Western Australia. You will contribute to safe, efficient underground production using state‑of‑the‑art equipmenttomaintainsafe, well-drained haul roads and working areas.

Whatwillyour day to day look like?

- Operate an underground grader to maintain safe, smooth, and well-drained haul roads .
- Shape and repair road surfaces to support heavy underground mining equipment .
- Identify and report ground, road, and safety hazards .
- Work in accordance with underground safety, ventilation, and site procedures .
- Support effective traffic flow and safe underground operations .

Our ideal candidate background includes





- Previousexperience as aGraderOperator in undergroundmining.
- Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards.
- Valid HR Driver’s Licence and relevant mining certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailedmineplans.
