Roster 1
- Sunday to Wednesday
- 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm (AEST/AEDT)
Roster 2
- Thursday to Saturday
- 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm (AEST/AEDT)
Additional consulting sessions may become available as patient demand grows.
About the Role
You'll provide comprehensive telehealth consultations supporting patients with:
- Weight management and obesity
- Metabolic health
- Insulin resistance
- Preventative healthcare
- Healthy ageing
- Women's and men's health
- Hormone health
- Longevity-focused healthcare
Responsibilities include
- Conducting initial and follow-up telehealth consultations
- Reviewing pathology and diagnostic results
- Developing personalised treatment plans
- Prescribing within your authorised scope of practice
- Monitoring patient progress and outcomes
- Providing ongoing education and support
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement
About You
You'll be an experienced and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner who enjoys working independently while delivering outstanding clinical care.
Essential Requirements
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner
- Current prescribing authority
- Medicare Provider Number (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum three years' experience as an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner
- Current National Police Check
- Active ABN
- Appropriate professional insurances (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
- Right to work in Australia
Experience In One Or More Of The Following Is Highly Regarded
- Weight management
- Obesity medicine
- Metabolic health
- Primary care
- Hormone health
- Preventative healthcare
- Telehealth
- GLP-1 therapies
Experience with peptide therapies is welcomed but not essential.
