Nursery Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Nursery Assistant to join our team - immediate start.

Essential Requirements:

- Experience working in a plant nursery or horticultural environment.

- Robust pruning skills and sound plant knowledge.

- Current driver's licence (essential).

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling and repetitive tasks.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plant care, maintenance, and propagation.

- Pruning, trimming, and general plant maintenance.

- Watering, fertilising, and monitoring plant health.

- Assisting with nursery operations, including potting, weeding, and stock management.

- Loading and unloading plants and materials as required.

- Driving between sites or making deliveries when needed.
