Health is seeking a visionary Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to lead our dedicated 30 bed subacute GEM and specialist Dementia Support Unit at Sunshine Hospital. In this pivotal leadership role, you will champion person-centred care, manage unit resources effectively, and foster a supportive, high-performing multidisciplinary environment. You will lead a passionate team of ANUMs and nursing staff, driving continuous quality improvement initiatives aligned with our Best Care framework.

About you - Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration - Proven senior clinical expertise in Dementia Management and Acute Aged Care - Strong operational capability across financial, workforce, and EBA management - Exemplary negotiation, problem-solving, and team-building leadership skills About Western Health Western Health is one of the largest healthcare providers in Victoria, caring for a vibrant, diverse and rapidly growing community of one million people in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
