Duties and Responsibilities - Planting and harvesting activities
- General farm and nursery work
- Labeling, pruning, staking, fertilizing, and weeding plants Hours - Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Occasional weekend work may be required Pay Rate - $30 per hour + super Skills and Experience Required - Own transport is a must
- Basic knowledge of plant care and horticulture practices
- Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Team player with a positive and reliable attitude
- Comfortable with basic math for measuring and calculating
- Resilient and adaptable to weather changes and seasonal demands
- Safety-conscious and environmentally aware
