About The Role This role offers the perfect mix of clinic and community work, supporting NDIS participants and community clients to achieve meaningful goals and live more independently. You'll Complete comprehensive functional assessments
Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans
Deliver engaging interventions in both the clinic and community
Support clients,
families and support networks through education and coaching
Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team
Manage a varied caseload across the lifespan
Participate in regular mentoring, clinical supervision and professional development
