A well-established multidisciplinary allied health provider in West Mackay, QLD is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join its friendly and experienced team. With a wide-ranging caseload across adults and paediatrics, you'll have the chance to build on your strengths while continuing to develop your clinical interests over time.

The role

This is a generalist position offering the flexibility to work with adult clients, paediatric clients, or a combination of both, depending on your experience and preferences. You'll enjoy a mix of clinic-based appointments and community visits, allowing you to build a varied and rewarding caseload.

Your day-to-day may include:

Conducting functional assessments and developing goal-focused therapy plans

Equipment prescription and home modification recommendations

Working with NDIS participants and private clients

Collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, client-centred care

About you

AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist (or eligible for registration)

Interested in working across a mixed caseload or expanding your clinical experience

Comfortable working with adults, children, or both

Strong communication skills and a client-centred approach to care
