Off Highway Supervisor

Your New Opportunity:

We’re looking for a driven and capable Service Supervisor - Off Highway to lead our Service Department in the Hunter Valley.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the workshop; ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key role in driving performance across revenue, margins and productivity, while building a strong, engaged and capable team.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you’ll balance operational oversight, team development, and customer engagement - helping to grow the business while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Service Department to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality work.
- Drive performance across revenue, gross margin and cost control.
- Oversee workflow planning to ensure customer commitments are met on time.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers.
- Manage WIP, invoicing, quoting and service documentation accuracy.
- Develop, coach and support your team to achieve performance and career goals.
- Champion a culture of Safety, Quality and Productivity.
- Contribute to business planning, forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

- Trade qualified in a relevant mechanical discipline.
- Proven experience in the heavy vehicle, engine or off-highway sector.
- Demonstrated leadership experience - developing and motivating teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance.
- Ability to interpret financials and drive operational improvements.
- Confident communicator with strong customer relationship skills.
- Solid technical understanding with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
