We're looking for a friendly and organised Office & Trades Administrator to join our busy team in Chipping Norton.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration and operational support. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and contractors while helping keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
- Greeting customers, suppliers and tradespeople
- Managing emails and general office administration
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Processing orders and coordinating requests
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and contractors
- Assisting with stock replenishment and office supplies
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
About You
- Previous administration, reception or customer service experience
- Robust communication and organisational skills
- Confident dealing with customers and tradespeople
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive and team-oriented
