Full on-the-job training will be provided alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Learn

- Service, maintain and troubleshoot Ricoh and Toshiba multifunction devices and associated software solutions
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with office technology equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing
- Prepare, install and configure devices at customer sites
- Develop basic networking and connectivity skills
- Provide professional customer support and technical assistance
