Skilled Civil Worker

About the Chance

Geosurv is seeking experienced Civil Workers to join our growing Utility Investigations & Maintenance division.

Working alongside our NDD crews, you'll play a key role in delivering excavation support, backfilling and high-quality reinstatement works across major infrastructure and utility projects throughout NSW.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in civil construction, roadworks, utilities or reinstatement environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist NDD operators with excavation and utility works

- Complete backfilling and reinstatement activities

- Carry out concrete, asphalt, paving and civil repairs

- Operate road saws, concrete coring equipment, jackhammers and compactors

- Assist with site establishment and traffic management requirements

- Maintain safe and productive work areas

- Support crews in delivering projects safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

- Experience within civil construction, utilities or infrastructure projects





- Competent operating civil construction tools and equipment

- Experience completing concrete and asphalt reinstatement works

- Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team

- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Essential Requirements

- HR Licence

- White Card

- Physically fit and capable of manual labour

- Reliable and safety-focused attitude

Highly Regarded

- Confined Space Entry

- Asbestos Awareness

- Traffic Control Tickets

- Experience working around underground utilities

- Plant operating experience
