We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Offsider to join our client's team in Stapylton. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right candidate.
In this hands-on role, you'll assist with the manufacturing, packaging, and delivery of aluminium windows and doors. You'll work both in the factory and alongside truck drivers, helping ensure products are prepared, loaded, and delivered safely.
What's on Offer:
- Monday to Friday day shift (6:00am starts) – enjoy your weekends free
- $34.30 per hour plus penalty rates for overtime
- Casual to permanent opportunity after 4 months
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with assembling aluminium windows, doors, and related products
- Offside with truck drivers during deliveries
- Pack, load, and prepare products for transport
- Ensure materials are loaded safely and securely
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Label and store products throughout the manufacturing process
- Perform quality checks throughout production
- Work closely with the team to meet production deadlines while maintaining a safe work environment
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly regarded
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
- White Card required
- Own reliable transport and PPE
- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
