What You'll Do

As our Client Service Specialist in Sydney, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes clients into our experiential store-helping them get started, guiding them through our platform, and making sure their investing experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Your Day-to-Day:

- Welcome and assist new clients with account opening and app navigation.
- Answer basic questions and help clients feel confident using Moomoo's innovative features.
- Support marketing events and workshops - be part of the buzz around our newest campaigns.
- Work with your team to keep store operations on track and clients happy.
- Help with documentation and compliance, always keeping client information safe.
- Assist sales efforts by following up on leads and supporting client acquisition goals.

1-2 years' experience in customer service, preferbally financial advice,



or retail investment services

Basic knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms

People-focused: excellent communicator (English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus)

Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking

Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Tech-savvy and keen to learn new digital tools

Customer-first problem solver who's always ready to help

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous retail or store sales experience.
- Team management or training experience.
- Active Moomoo user.
- Familiar with local community resources.
- Experience in pop-up store or temporary retail space operations.
- Familiar with mall partnership processes and promotional calendar planning.
