We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Workshop Supervisor to lead our Aeronautical Product Maintenance workshop in Darwin.
Whether you're an experienced aviation maintenance professional or come from a strong mechanical, heavy industry or engineering background, we'd love to hear from you. For the right person, we are willing to provide training in our systems, processes and CASA Part 145 requirements.
About the Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of our aeronautical product maintenance workshop, ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of our aeronautical product maintenance workshop, ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise aeronautical product maintenance activities.
· Coordinate product maintenance requirements and turnaround times.
· Conduct aeronautical product maintenance as required.
· Control tooling, equipment, calibration, servicing, and GSE.
· Ensure compliance with CASA regulations and Part 145 requirements.
· Promote a positive safety culture and support continuous improvement.
About You
We're looking for someone with, sound mechanical knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience supervising a maintenance workshop.
- A trade qualification or relevant experience in aviation, mechanical, heavy equipment, automotive, diesel, manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to plan work, manage competing priorities and support a high-performing team.
- Experience using maintenance management software
- The ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
Previous aviation maintenance experience or knowledge of CASA regulations would be highly regarded, however we are willing to provide training for the right candidate who demonstrates strong leadership, mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
