Serco is seeking a Workforce Audit Analyst to ensure accurate time and attendance data supporting payroll outcomes across our contracts. Based in the OSC, you will collaborate with a supportive team to improve processes, increase automation and deliver first-class service to internal stakeholders.
You will triage requests, support system testing and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, while mentoring current team members as needed.
