The Role
This role will see you take overarching responsibility to design and deliver high-impact learning solutions that build capability, improve performance, and support business outcomes. Based in the APAC L&D; team, this role partners with business leaders, HR, and global colleagues to lead programs, facilitate learning, and provide advisory support across early careers and experienced populations. The focus is on creating practical, scalable solutions that resonate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance intern and graduate programs, ensuring alignment to business needs and a robust participant experience
- Design and deliver professional, technical, and leadership development initiatives
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences across APAC (in-person and virtual)
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted learning solutions
- Develop scalable resources, including eLearning and on-demand tools
- Support learning operations and align regional initiatives with global frameworks
Key Skills
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Learning & Development with end-to-end program ownership
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience across early careers and professional development programs
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, outcome-driven solutions
- Experience creating scalable and digital learning content (eLearning preferred)
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
