The Role

Make a real impact in WA’s grain industry while developing hands-on skills in a supportive team environment.

We'relooking for motivated, safety-focused individuals to join us as Receival Point Operators (RPOs) on afull-time or fixed-term basis. As an RPO, you will play a major part in our supply chain working with Growers,Contractorsand Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers. This position requires flexibility to work across multiple receival sites within Area 6,including Koorda, Dowerin, Wyalkatchem, Cadoux, Kalannie and Goodlands.

You’llreceive training in a range of Nationally Recognised Competencies such as Front-End Loader, Skid Steer, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, and more!

Roster options include Monday to Friday with the opportunity for voluntary weekend work andadditionalhours during Harvest, or a 7 days on / 7 days off roster.

Responsibilities include:

Operate plant and equipment to move and store bulk grain.

Safely receiving, storing, and out-loading grain.

Sampling and assessing the grain includingidentifyingcontaminated grain.





Maintaining the condition of grain within the storage system through hygiene activities.

This role involves physical aspects including bending,lifting,climbing ladders,working in confined spaces, at heights and in hot and dusty environments.

Potential IC work during harvestmanaging largereceivalpoints.

About You:

Hold an unrestricted and valid driver’s licence with own reliablevehicle

Front end loader, skid steer tickets highly regarded or willing toobtain

Bedeemedphysically fitin accordance withthe CBH operational worker pre-employmentmedical

Be able to work at heights, in confined spaces and in areas with a high grain dustconcentration

Live or be willing torelocateto a locationin close proximity tothe list above and the ability to travel betweensites
