FamilyCare in Victoria is seeking a Recovery Support Worker to join our Emergency Recovery Support Program, supporting families affected by the January 2026 bushfires. You will work in a team to problem solve, advocate for services, and help clients access recovery supports.

The role requires formal qualifications in social work or related fields, robust case management experience, and the ability to navigate health, welfare and educational services with sensitivity and professionalism.
