Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to drive daily operations, sales and stock management in a high-volume workplace. You will lead a 20+ strong team, coordinate with Service, Inside the Home and Builders departments, and report to the Operations Manager.

Your focus is delivering Best Experience to customers while maintaining wide range and best prices. You will schedule a 1 in 3 weekend roster, support safety and compliance, build capability through coaching and performance
