CAREERS COUNSELLOR, January 2027

Christway College is a growing Christian college community with campuses in Kingston and Wyndham, committed to nurturing students in faith, learning, and life.

Christway College Wyndham is seeking a passionate and experienced Careers Counsellor to guide and support our secondary students as they explore future pathways in education, training, and employment.

This is an ongoing, part-time position, FTE negotiable, commencing in January 2027.

The successful applicant will:

- Provide career advice, counselling and subject selection guidance to Years 9–12 students
- Support VCE/VCAL/VET pathways planning
- Build partnerships with universities, TAFE, industry, and employers
- Assist with work experience, tertiary applications (VTAC), and scholarship opportunities
- Contribute to a supportive, Christ-centred school culture

Essential criteria

- Relevant tertiary qualification in careers education, counselling, or related field
- Current teacher registration or equivalent counselling accreditation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Commitment to the Christian ethos and values of Christway College

CCW provides engaging learning opportunities for a current enrolment of approximately 520 students from Prep through to Year 11, with Year 12 being added in 2027.
