Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role Experience in cleaning, environmental services or the ability to quickly learn healthcare cleaning practices A strong commitment to safety, infection prevention and quality standards

Great communication skills and a respectful, customer-focused approach The ability to work independently, manage priorities and contribute positively to a team environment You'll stand out if you have previous experience in healthcare, aged care or other fast-paced service environments and/or experience working across varied shifts and rosters.
