About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Analyst to support business operations, performance analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will analyze operational data, optimize workflows, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and business performance.

? Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Analysis & Process Improvement

Analyze daily business operations, workflows, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Collect, organize, and evaluate operational data to support decision-making.

Identify operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.

Assist in implementing new processes, systems, and operational strategies.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track operational KPIs, business metrics, and performance indicators.

Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

Analyze trends, patterns, and performance gaps to provide actionable recommendations.

Support forecasting, resource planning, and operational reviews.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across operational reports.

Cross-Functional Operations Support

Collaborate with teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product,



and Customer Operations.

Support project execution and operational initiatives across departments.

Coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth business execution.

Assist in identifying risks, resolving issues, and improving workflows.

Communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Data & Systems Management

Utilize data analysis tools to generate insights and improve operational visibility.

Maintain operational databases, records, and reporting systems.

Support automation initiatives to reduce manual processes.

Evaluate operational tools and recommend improvements.

Assist with system implementation and optimization projects.

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, project coordination, consulting, or related roles is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar tools is an advantage.

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or business management systems is preferred.

Robust organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
