Symbio Pty Ltd is looking for an Operations Support Assistant to join our growing Ravenhall team. If you have experience in pick-packing, factory production, assembly lines, or kitchen prep, your fast-paced physical work ethic is exactly what we need.

You do not need a university degree or prior specialized experience. We will teach you everything you need to know from day one.

What you will be doing:

Just like a pick-packer or assembly worker, you will keep our workflow moving smoothly by:

- Prepping & Sorting: Grouping, sorting, and getting materials ready for processing.

- Station Setup: Organizing tools and setting up materials so the team can work efficiently.

- Logistics & Admin: Receiving daily incoming materials and registering them accurately into our system.

- Keeping it Clean: Maintaining a neat, safe, and tidy work environment (housekeeping duties).

Roster & Hours:

We operate on roster’s similar to factory and warehouse schedules. You must be versatile to work all shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed:

- Morning:



7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- Mid-day: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Evening: 4:00 PM – Midnight

- Attention to Detail: You can follow strict process guidelines (just like picking lists or safety rules).

- Physical Stamina: You are comfortable being on your feet and doing active, physical tasks.

- Roster Flexibility: You are fully available to take on any of our scheduled shifts.

- Comfortable with Repetitive Work: You enjoy routine, process-driven tasks and can maintain focus, accuracy, and productivity while performing repetitive work.
