The Optical Co (in partnership with nib Eye Care) is looking for a full-time Optical Dispenser to join our friendly team in Charlestown.

At The Optical Co, we believe everyone deserves personal optical care: to see well and feel seen. We are actively building our team and want the very best people to join and share in our success. This role is full-time (including alternate Saturdays 8:30am - 2pm), at our Charlestown practice.

Across our practices we offer expert customer care, and our teams work with the must-have eyewear brands & lenses, so you can match your outstanding skills with great products.

As an Optical Dispenser, your passion for style, attention to detail and customer-first mind-set will enable you to build genuine connections with customers and ensure they get the best possible solutions, whilst expanding on our existing loyal customer base and supporting the team to achieve set KPIs and revenue targets.

The skills & experience we seek

- Optical dispensing experience and qualifications highly regarded
- A track-record of sound retail experience in a customer-facing role (high-end fashion highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation
- An ability to work with a variety of customers to assist with their product selections
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic team
