- Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements and translate them into well‑defined functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Ensure documentation/stories aligns with organizational standards, governance, and ServiceNow best practices
- Hands-on experience or in‑depth familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.
- Solid expertise in Service Portal and Workspace is required, along with a solid understanding of workflows, data models, also knowledge about APIs and system integrations is required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- Act as a liaison between business users and ServiceNow technical teams
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams
- 5+ years AUS experience as ServiceNow BA/Business process consultant
- Worked in Government/Energy and utility domain/Water companies
- ServiceNow Platform, integration, ITSM, CSM and PSDS module experience
- Excellent communication/EQ and stakeholder management
- Coordination with offshore delivery team for E2E delivery
