In this role, you will be supporting our National Merchandise Manager, Furniture Product and Supply Chain Manager, Bedding Category Manager and Merchandise Support Coordinator, by ensuring that all product-related tasks run smoothly across the business. You’ll play a vital role in product lifecycle management, from initial pricing and stock availability, all while contributing to the seamless operation of our ever-growing e-commerce platform.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Product & Pricing Management: Ensure that all product information, including pricing, stock availability, and descriptions is accurate and up to date for Franchisees and store staff to select, buy, and sell.

Campaign & Promotion Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all products are priced and prepared for upcoming promotional campaigns.

E-commerce Coordination: Play a key role in managing the product presence on our Bedshed website. Ensure the product listings are complete, priced correctly, and feature high-quality imagery to create a smooth online shopping experience.

Internal & External Communication: Serve as the point of contact between internal teams, Franchisees, store owners, and external suppliers.

Support for Stores: Work closely with stores to ensure they have everything they need to confidently quote and sell products including troubleshooting any queries.

Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with Franchisee, store staff, external suppliers (local and overseas) and internal teams.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical, especially when managing product data, pricing, promotions, and ticketing.
