What you will do

- Manage a portfolio of 25‑33 member relationships within some of the world's largest enterprises across industries, focusing on Federal and State Government.
- Leverage subject‑matter expertise to create service solutions for clients utilizing all ExP products.
- Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a customized service plan.
- Conduct client consultations via in‑person and virtual meetings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
- Present or facilitate at local ExP events.
- Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales organization and collaborate to ensure member engagement, renewal, and growth of ExP business.

Who you are

- Consulting leaders, CxOs, and/or Executive level IT and I&O; leaders with 20+ years of progressive technology exposure, especially in IT Infrastructure & Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure and Operations strategy, governance, cloud computing, cost optimization, digital workplace, and contemporary infrastructure initiatives.
- Demonstrated ownership of large strategic programs and oversight of strategic IT direction.
- In‑depth understanding of a CIO’s focus areas, IT industry trends and metrics, and challenges of today’s CIOs.




- Advanced critical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to lead and manage in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent relationship building, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills (executive presence).
- Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO level executives.
- Expertise in managing multiple priorities.
- Curious and hungry to learn, committed to making others successful, naturally collaborative, gravitas, and active listening.
- Travel between 25‑30% domestically and internationally.
