We’re urgently looking for compassionate Disability Community Support Workers living in the Sutherland Region. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide support to clients, helping them live safely and independently in their own homes while staying connected to their community. You’ll provide ongoing assistance, monitor clients’ wellbeing, and respond promptly to their care needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide general domestic assistance, including light housekeeping and maintaining a clean and organized home.
- Assist with transportation to appointments, social activities, and community outings.
- Support with grocery shopping, errands, and purchasing household essentials.
- Offer friendly, respectful, and person-centered support while promoting independence.

What You’ll Get

- Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders.
- Paid induction and continuous training.
- Regular roster – Monday–Tuesday, Thursday–Friday 9am to 2pm.




- Minimum 2 days availability required.

What We’re Looking For

- Caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community.
- Disability/Aged Care experience.
- Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential).
- Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC.
