Crafted Coffee Co. has been serving exceptional coffee and creating loyal customers at Robina Town Centre for the past 10 years. We are now looking for an experienced, hands‑on Cafe Manager to lead our busy cafe and continue building on our success.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front, developing a great team and delivering outstanding customer service experiences.
You’ll be joining a well‑established business with strong systems, an experienced team and supportive owners who trust you to take ownership of the day‑to‑day operations, so they can work on the future growth of the cafe.
Essential Requirements for this role
- Strong Barista Skills with experience working in a fast‑paced environment,
- Robust leadership and customer service skills,
- Experience with rostering, hiring and team management
- Ability to work to targets and KPIs
- Ability to motivate and develop a high performing team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
What We Offe r
- Salary package of $80,000-$85,000 per annum plus super (total package $88,000 to $95,200 including super)
- Fixed days off - Tuesday and Wednesday
- Daytime hours - no nights offering a good work life balance
