In this role, you'll:

The Technical Specialist ensures the stability, performance, and compliance of ticketing applications through proactive monitoring, incident management, and operational readiness activities. The role is accountable for maintaining configurations, conducting testing and root cause analysis, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues. It also contributes to risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement while balancing operational support with system enhancements.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented technical professional with strong experience supporting enterprise applications, particularly in complex,



integrated environments. They possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage incidents, assess risks, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
