Myndshift Group is assisting a leading Tier 1 Mining Contractor by sourcing a Mobilisation Officer for their Perth Airport Head Office. The role focuses on coordinating end-to-end mobilisation, onboarding and compliance to ensure site-readiness for major mining projects.
You will liaise with Recruitment, HR and Onboarding teams to deploy staff efficiently, manage documentation, and support mobilisation for site personnel and workshop employees. Adaptable 1-day WFH per week is offered.
