Lucida are partnering with an established technology solutions provider that designs, installs and supports critical communication, security and nurse call systems for hospitals and aged care facilities across Victoria. Their work helps healthcare providers deliver safe, reliable care every day. With a broad technology portfolio and a collaborative technical team, this is an opportunity to build your skills across multiple disciplines while working on infrastructure that genuinely matters.

What You’ll Do

You’ll spend most of your time on customer sites across Melbourne, providing technical support, maintenance and project delivery for critical communication and security systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preventative and corrective maintenance across healthcare sites.
- Diagnosing and resolving faults across communication, security and nurse call systems.
- Installing, configuring and commissioning new hardware and solutions.
- Building trusted relationships with customers through reliable technical support.
- Working with experienced technicians to deliver upgrades and new projects.
- Participating in a paid after-hours support roster shared across the team.

You’ll gain exposure to technologies including:

Must-Have Skills

- 3 years or more in IT, networking,



communications or electronic security.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- A solid understanding of IP networking and communication technologies.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Experience with one or more of the following technologies

- Integriti
- Hikvision

Highly regarded

Experience with nurse call systems or healthcare technologies will be highly regarded but not essential.
