Sydney Water is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Officer to support its Business Customer Accounts team. Based from Parramatta with hybrid working, you will manage relationships with complex high-value business customers, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide expert advice on backflow devices and related testing.

You will use SAP for billing and customer activity and collaborate with contractors to meet service standards.
