Van Diemen's Land Creamery in Tasmania is seeking a hands-on operations leader to build a high-performance production facility delivering premium ice cream and gelato. You will lead the Production Team, coordinate Maintenance, Purchasing and Dispatch, and develop systems to sustain quality and safety.

You will mentor leaders, drive continuous improvement, and partner with the Managing Director to strengthen the business.
