Overview OSHC Coordinator – Deception Bay. Christ the King Outside School Hours Care is seeking a full-time Coordinator to join our dedicated team supporting families in our school, parish, and local community.

Details

- Full-time, Monday to Friday (38 hours, split shifts) - OSHC licensed for 45 children - Programs include before school, after school, and vacation care Key Responsibilities - Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching setting.
- Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
- Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children/'s interests and needs.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.

Requirements of the Role - Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.

- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Child Protection training is required for this role.
- Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).




- Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
