Role Description This is a part-time remote Owner role at TAkE Coaching. The Owner is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the coaching business, defining service offerings, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, overseeing coaching program development and delivery, and monitoring business performance metrics.

The Owner will handle budgeting, basic accounting oversight, and compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards. Additional responsibilities include marketing and outreach activities, maintaining an online presence, and coordinating with any contractors or partners to support business operations.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in coaching, consulting, or a related professional services field, with the ability to design and deliver effective coaching programs.

Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, goal setting, and basic financial oversight for a small or solo practice.





Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain consistent, reliable communication with clients and partners.

Proficiency with common digital tools such as videoconferencing platforms, online scheduling systems, and productivity or project management software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, build trust, and maintain skilled relationships.

Experience with marketing and business development, such as social media presence, networking, and creating simple promotional materials.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory coaching practices.

Relevant certifications or training in coaching or a related discipline are preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
