Role Description This full-time Paediatric Occupational Therapist role is a hybrid position based in Perth, WA, with a mix of on-site work in the clinic and school/community settings, and some work-from-home flexibility for documentation and telehealth sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting paediatric OT assessments, developing and implementing individualised intervention plans, and delivering goal-focused therapy sessions for children with a range of developmental, sensory, and functional needs. The role involves collaborating closely with families, teachers, and other health professionals, providing education and practical strategies to support participation in everyday activities.





The therapist will maintain clear clinical records, prepare reports and progress notes, and contribute to service development, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives, and the supervision of early career OTs. Qualifications

Demonstrated competence in Occupational Therapy, with experience or strong interest in Paediatrics.

Foundational knowledge of paediatric development, disability, and common co-occurring health conditions.

Robust Communication skills, including the ability to explain clinical concepts clearly to children, families, and other professionals.

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA.

Experience in paediatric clinical settings (clinic, school, community, or telehealth) and confidence in conducting assessments and writing reports.

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team, with good time management and caseload organisation skills.

Commitment to evidence-informed practice, ongoing professional development, and culturally safe, inclusive service delivery.

Current working with children clearance.
