The MX Studio is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team as a long-term subcontractor.

You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta for a range of client accounts. We’re ideally looking for someone based in South or Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam or the Philippines), although exceptional applicants from anywhere are welcome. Responsibilities

Plan*, build and manage Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube and Meta advertising campaigns (*with support from team)

Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research

Monitor campaign performance and optimise for lead quality and ROI

Implement and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel

Run A/B tests across audiences, messaging and campaign structures

Provide recommendations to improve landing page conversion rates

Prepare monthly performance reports with clear insights (as .txt - client facing reports not part of initial scope)

Collaborate closely with internal team as needed to maximise results Creative

Creative production is handled internally.



You won’t be responsible for graphic design or video editing.

Your role is to provide strategic direction on messaging, offers, hooks, audiences and creative concepts that should be tested to improve campaign performance. Requirements

Proven experience managing profitable Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking

Experience with Search, Performance Max and YouTube Ads

Data-driven and highly analytical

Excellent written and spoken English

Able to work independently and communicate proactively
