Casual Painter 7&7 - Moura

We are seeking Trade Qualified Painter for the Delta Facilities Management team on a casual basis at Moura.

THE POSITION

- Report to Site Manager
- Decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of buildings and other structures
- Range of tasks including preparing surfaces for painting, premixing paints, removing fixtures, fill nail holes, cracks, joints etc & line marking
- Prioritising urgent works, meeting rectification deadlines. Actively manage and meet response times
- Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice THE PERSON

- Hold Australian Recognised Trade Certificate as a Painter

- Minimum 2 years-experience in a similar role working on residential properties for a real estate or renovations.

- Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & Police Check within 12 months
- Working at heights desirable

- Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening

- Resides in and around Moura and DIDO to Moura.
